Is the Pet Wrangler a tug or pull toy?
No, the Pet Wrangler is a truly interactive chase and wrangling toy. It is not designed for or intended to be a tugging and pulling toy. It’ length is intended to be used as a tool to engage, lasso, wrangle, and otherwise get your pet into lovingly tied knots that they must mentally untie.
When the toy is grasped, reduce the resistance by moving the toy and cord toward your pet and begin the wrangling and lassoing maneuvers.
Do you ship internationally?
No, at this time we only ship within the US.
What is your Warranty?
We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. We understand sometimes mistakes happen and manufacturing isn’t perfect. If you are not happy with your purchase, our 30-day-warranty entitles you to a one-time refund or replacement, minus the cost of the shipping.
Do you have different size toys for different size pets?
No, the design of the toy allows you to change the length of the pole or play cord for smaller, older, or less active pets.
The design also allows you to quickly change the end chase toys if a different toy is preferred for a different animal.
That said, we will always listen to our customers and if there is a strong desire amongst our community for different sizes we certainly would explore that option.
What is your return and refund policy?
We will accept returns of all unopened, unused, and defective products within 30 days of receiving your order and will provide a shipping label for the return. If the product is unopened or unused, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the total refund amount once we receive the items back to our facility and confirm that they are unopened and unused.
If within 30 days of receiving your order you are dissatisfied with the Bungee Pet Lassoo, please reach out to us at Pet Interactives to let us know the issue. We'll send you a replacement or refund right away, minus the cost of the shipping. It doesn't matter if your pup has already played the heck out of it.
If the product is defective, a full refund will be returned, or a replacement product will be supplied at no cost.
